2️⃣ BISS Application Deadline – 15 May 2026 (midnight)

Final date to submit your Basic Income Support for Sustainability (BISS) and related schemes for 2026. Includes: Eco‑Scheme, CRISS, Young Farmers Scheme, National Reserve, transfers of entitlements.

3️⃣ BISS Amendment Deadline – 31 May 2026 (midnight)

Last date to amend submitted BISS applications without penalties.

4️⃣ Athenry Agricultural Show – May 2026 (Date TBC)

One of Ireland’s longest‑running agri shows, celebrating livestock, equestrian events, and rural crafts. Location: Athenry, Co. Galway

5️⃣ Charleville Agri Show – 14–16 May 2026

A major early‑summer event with livestock classes, machinery, food, and rural exhibitions. Location: North Cork

6️⃣ Additional May Reminder – BISS Late Application Window Starts Mid‑May
